Application for Educational Benefits
Brandon Evansville Schools provide healthy meals each day. Your children may qualify for Educational Benefits (previously known as free & reduced) to receive free or reduced price school meals. To apply, print and complete the Application for Education Benefits following the instructions. The form is also available at either school office. Please return the completed form to either office or mail to ISD 2908, PO Box 40, Evansville, MN 56326.
Because we are a public school, every approved application also helps the school qualify for other education funds, grants, increased title dollars and other discounts. So please consider filling out the form: although all students receive free breakfast and lunch this year, this helps funding the school and will help our district access additional monies which allow us to better serve our students.
Information on whether your children qualify is confidential and your application information is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
