Activities Department Update: New Activities Software and Cashless Events Coming in Fall 2026
The Little Eight Conference and Brandon-Evansville Schools Activities Department will implement two changes beginning in Fall 2026 to improve efficiency with school day activities and enhance game-day experience for fans and families.
First, the district will transition from rSchools to Bound as its activities management software following Arbiter's acquisition of rSchools. The Little Eight Conference reviewed both Arbiter and Bound and determined that Bound was the better fit for our conference and schools. Bound is widely used throughout Minnesota and will provide more accurate schedules, improved communication, and better coordination for students, families, coaches, and staff.
Second, all home activities and most away conference games will move to a cashless admissions system. Ticket purchases will be accepted through debit/credit cards and mobile payment options.
We believe these changes will help reduce lines, improve consistency, and simplify event operations.
As we transition to the new system, the district will provide an FAQ for community members and families explaining how the process will work. Pass purchase options will continue to be available, and school staff will be present at events to help answer questions. Additional information will be shared with families as the transition approaches.
