Lauren's time in the 400 set a new record for A-B-E with a time of 1:00.96. The previous record was held by Aanika Anderson with a time of 1:02.2 set in 2018.

The 6th grade Ag class made their own all purpose flour from soft white wheat and hard red winter wheat. After they milled their flour, they made bread and enjoyed it today.

Third graders enjoyed a beautiful day on Friday, May 17th for their annual field trip to Brophy Park, Garden Center Lanes, and Casey's Amusement Park!
The graduating class of 2024 helped the graduating class of 2036 walk into a gym filled with family who were there to witness them graduate from kindergarten. Tiny blue caps and gowns were worn by this excited group of students who were waving and smiling to their families.

This group of students received the "Activities in Charge" for their participation in a student-based activity at Brandon-Evansville. Congratulations to Jeff Anderson for being voted as the 2023-2024 Brandon-Evansville Teacher of the Year and Mike Wagner for Support Staff of the Year! Mr. A was surprised by the 5th graders on our Camp Out field trip last Friday. Mike received the great news from his kids yesterday. We are lucky to have you both!
Congratulations to Ivan Sullivan! He is a top state winner in the Math Masters Fact Drill. He tied with 25 other students out of over 1000 students with a perfect score of 50 out of 50! He is being rewarded with Twins tickets from Math Masters.
Deputy Nicole Swanson of the Alexandria Sheriff's Department and coaches from the Alexandria Mountaineers Mountain Bike Team put on a Bike Safety Day for the 4th graders. They learned about bicycle safety and MN bicycle laws. They then rode their bikes through an instructional obstacle course.
The 5th graders had their Day of Action Monday, May 20th and helped the Evansville Legion set up flags at the Mound Grove Cemetery
