The Animal Science class visited Riverview LLP yesterday near Campbell, MN. While there, they learned a lot about dairy farming, animal nutrition, calf care and hoof trimming. They also got to pregnancy check (feel the calf) in a cow that was about 175 days pregnant and watch cows being milked on the carousel parlor.

Students in grades 6-12 have compiled their best works to show the community. This show will be an open house on May 14th from 10:00 - 2:00 at the Evansville Art Center. We welcome the community to come, enjoy some snacks, and see all the hard work these students put into their artwork throughout the school year.

Today we are going to try to work together with and for others.
You can work together as a family on a project around your house. Or maybe you want to reach out to a neighbor and as a family work together to do something helpful for them like pick up sticks in their yard or bring them a treat which would make them smile.
The Care Campus in both Evansville or Brandon have people who would love a homemade card with a special something from a child - maybe a picture.
There are so many ways we can work together to make the world a better place. Our goal is to teach even our youngest children that what we do for others to make their life better matters!
So, be creative and let us see some photos of how you are choosing to work together today!
